Update: 1:39 pm Mar 4: Van Island District on Twitter is now reporting Sooke Road is “fully open.”
A garbage truck rolled over on Sooke Road, in the Saseenos area. The trapped driver has been freed. An SPN reader (thank you, Heather) reports that a detour route has been set up via Woodlands Rd. to Blythwood.
